Yo, coffee crew! Got a brew that’s not groovin’ with you? No sweat! You’ve got a cool 30 days from the purchase date to holler at us.

Simply contact us at shop@deadoralivecoffeeco.com and inform us about the issue. We'll respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed, and we’ll send you a shipping label to return the goods.

Once we receive the items back and verify they’re in their original condition, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Remember, sale items and gifts are final purchases and cannot be returned.
